Returns & Exchanges Time Frame
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Plus Size Bikinis & Bikini Sets
- Plus Size One Piece Swimwear
- Plus Size Swimdress & Swimdress Sets
- Plus Size Swimwear & Swimwear Bottoms
- Plus Size Tankini & Tankini Sets
Please note: Due to hygiene concerns, all swimwear and intimate items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form (template provided below) and include it with your package.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit
